    • Vrae wat beantwoord word deur ʼn derde party word net so gepubliseer en sal slegs gekyk word vir spelling en nie enige grammatiese of sin konteks foute nie.
  • Die inhoud op die webtuiste kom nie op kenners raad van enige aard neer nie, hetsy dit wetlik, professioneel, medies, persoonlik of andersins is, en ons beveel gebruikers aan om hul eie raad by toepaslik gekwalifiseerde kenners in hul gebied te kry. As jy kies om op ons inhoud staat te maak, doen jy dit geheel en al op eie risiko en aanvaar jy ons sal in dié opsig geen aanspreeklikheid teenoor jou hê nie.

  • Jy stem in dat jy nie ons webtuiste sal misbruik nie. 
  • Jy stem in dat jy nie ons webtuiste sal gebruik vir enige onwettige doel nie en of die materiaal wat ons op ons webtuiste publiseer gebruik vir enige onwettige doeleindes nie. 
  • Ons het die reg om enige leser te blok of te verbied om ons webtuiste te besoek, indien ons voel dat jy ons webtuiste se terme en bepalings verbreek, ons besigheid of enige ander besighede wat ons eienaars besit se veiligheid in gedrang sit en sodoende ook van ons adverteerders of ander lesers.

Kopieregte: 

  • Ons is die wettige eienaar van ons webtuiste. 
  • Adverteerders behou kopieregte van die inhoud wat ons publiseer van hul diens, of produk op ons webtuiste. 
  • Jy mag nie net inhoud soos foto’s en of enige teks aflaai vir enige gebruik nie.  Indien jy ʼn PDF formaat van enige artikel of publikasie soek, kontak ons per e-pos en ons kan dit vir jou per e-pos stuur.
  • Indien jy enige inhoud sien wat ons nie die reg het om te publiseer nie, of wat jy voel is nie gepas vir publikasie nie, dan kan jy ons per e-pos kontak.
